At La Vicenta we dress up as charro and welcome Papa Chenta! in true Jalisco style. We started off on the right foot in June, with new dishes in all of our locations! Now you won’t be able to escape from your already determined destination, which is to fall in love with each of our new dishes. Everyone has their own preferences regarding the new delicacies, but if there is one thing we are very clear about it is that the Chenta Potato is the favorite!
Our papa chenta is made in the true tapatío style! It is a bed of potato marinated with cheese, cream, butter, and bacon. Accompanied with tortillas for tapas, still not convinced? you can add mushrooms, gouda cheese, chorizo, more bacon and arrachera to make it really “love it”. Our chenta potato illuminates the custom of Jalisco and if you accompany it with some tequilas, all you need is your charro costume to have the perfect look. The chenta potato is ideal to share with your family and friends, but if you want to get out of the friendzone, just invite that special someone and let the chenta potato do its thing.
We know what you are worth and that is why at La Vicenta we always pamper you with the best of the best, so if you really want to enjoy your visit to your second home, we recommend you order the papa chenta along with macaroni, pizza or marrow and a good house wine. Don’t worry if you eat until you can’t eat anymore, if necessary we will carry you to your car. Sometimes it’s okay not to want to leave your bed, order Rappi and enjoy an afternoon movie marathon in your pajamas.
