Every team has one player who gets all the attention. On our burger menu, that player has a name: the MVP.
What is in the MVP?
A 200 g griddled beef patty, beef rib in BBQ chipotle sauce, our special house dressing, crispy onion rings and a cheddar and mozzarella cheese patty. All on a brioche bun, served with French fries.
Why is it called the MVP?
Because every ingredient plays its position. The beef sets the base, the BBQ chipotle rib brings smoky sweetness, the onion rings add the crunch and the cheese patty is the play nobody sees coming. Together, they take home the trophy.
How do you eat it?
With both hands and no fear. Press it down a little before the first bite so everything fits, and keep napkins close: the BBQ chipotle sauce shows no mercy.
The MVP or one of its teammates?
- If you want double beef: La Monchosa, with American and gouda cheese, bacon and caramelized onion.
- If you are a cheese fan: La Fondue Vicenta, with melted cheddar sauce and fried onion.
- If you want it all in one burger: the MVP, no contest.
What goes well with it?
The French fries are already on the plate. To start as a group, a Cheese Dip with bacon or Boneless wings in BBQ chipotle or Buffalo sauce. To drink, an ice-cold beer or a Margarita.
