There are things you don’t expect…
like a drink with chili becoming your new favorite.
But that’s exactly what’s happening at La Vicenta.
Throughout the entire month of March, things get a little bolder with the Chili Festival, a season where the heat isn’t in the food… it’s in the drinks.
And no—we’re not talking about a tiny bit of chili just for decoration.
Here, the spice shows up for real, mixed with flavors that surprise you from the very first sip.
Three Drinks That Are About to Change the Plan
For this festival, three special drinks were created, each with its own personality. The kind of drinks you see being served at another table and immediately tell your friend:
“Hey… we need to order one of those.”
Bloody Chela
This one’s for anyone looking for something different from the first sip.
It’s made with Absolut Vodka Tabasco, tomato juice, lime juice, chirimico, your choice of beer, salt, celery, and olives.
A mix that sounds intense… and yes, it is—but in the best way. Refreshing, spicy, and with that kick that makes you want another.
Bloody Nice
Here’s where things get even more interesting.
It also starts with Absolut Vodka Tabasco, but it’s mixed with roasted tomato juice, lime juice, brine, Worcestershire sauce, Maggi seasoning, roasted baby corn, and Tajín.
Yes—you read that right.
Corn.
And once you try it, you understand why it works so well.
Diablito
This one is a little tricky… because it starts smooth and then gets playful.
It’s made with Absolut Vodka Tabasco, Tropical Red Bull, passion fruit pulp, lime juice, natural syrup, pineapple, and Tajín.
Fresh, tropical, and with a spicy kick that shows up at the end—suddenly the name makes perfect sense.
A Whole Month to Try Them
The Chili Festival will be available all throughout March, so there’s time to try one… or all three.
Because what usually happens is the same thing every time: someone orders one for the table, everyone wants to try it, and suddenly the plan changes.
And honestly… that’s part of the experience at La Vicenta.
So if you like spicy flavors, great drinks, or simply trying something different, March already has a plan waiting.
We’re just saying…
Don’t say we didn’t warn you.
