New York: A beef cut highly appreciated for its flavor and tenderness. This cut can be cooked in many ways, but our favorite is grilled and marinated in a mixture of herbs, garlic, pepper, and salt.
Flank Steak: A very popular cut of meat in Mexican, Asian, or South Asian cuisines, due to the possibilities it offers in terms of low cost and flavor, one of our favorites!
Rib Eye: A very popular cut due to its tenderness and delicious flavor. The literal translation into Spanish is “Ojo de Costilla” (Rib Eye), so named because it comes out of the rib of the beef.
Asado de Tira: A typical Argentinean cut that consists of cutting the rib of the animal transversally, that is to say in “strips”, so the cut includes pieces of bone. It is usually cooked for 3 hours.
Picanha: This cut is located at the back of the back, with each calf having two picañas, one on the right and one on the left. It presents unparalleled juiciness and flavor.
