As expert grill masters, we love to celebrate Mexico’s culinary richness, and what better way to do it than with dishes that highlight the versatility and unique flavor of the obvious chili. This time, we highlight the Grilled Poblano Chile, filled with dry noodles with grilled shrimp, bathed in an irresistible tomato broth, guajillo chili, pork crackling, and fresh cheese. A combination of textures and flavors that will transport you to the depths of Mexican cuisine.
