It’s the same every year: someone says “there’s still time,” and suddenly the season is over. Don’t let it happen to you again.
A season that literally can’t be rushed.
Chiles en nogada aren’t available year-round, and there’s a reason for that. From July 15th to September 30th, La Vicenta offers it in both battered and unbattered versions, accompanied by two cocktails that also won’t be available afterward.
What you’ll miss if you leave it for “later”:
La Nogadita, with Don Julio 70 and that touch of walnut and dehydrated apple. El Mestizo, with Don Julio Cenizo, espresso, and ancho chile. Neither will be on the menu after September ends.
It’s not pressure, it’s information.
We’re just telling you so you can’t say you didn’t know: the countdown has already begun, and this time it really does have an end date.
Go before it ends!
Experience the full festival at La Vicenta Miyana or Tezontle before September 30th.
