Ready to celebrate love and acceptance in style? At La Vicenta, we’re more than prepared to party big and with great flavor. Pride Month, or LGBTQ+ Pride Month, is celebrated in June to commemorate the Stonewall Inn riots in New York City in 1969. It’s a time for celebration, visibility, and the fight for LGBTQ+ rights.
Throughout this month, events are organized around the world to celebrate diversity, raise awareness about the challenges faced by the community, and promote equality and respect for everyone, regardless of their sexual orientation or gender identity and we’re not falling behind. In collaboration with Gin Puerto de Indias and Mezcal Ojo de Tigre, we’re bringing you two drinks that will make you feel all the pride and a dessert that will blow your mind. So get your feathers and glitter ready, because this is going to be amazing.
Exclusive PRIDE Drinks
First, let’s talk drinks. Because yes, we know you enjoy the good life, and we don’t hold back:
PINKY: This drink is all attitude. Mezcal Ojo de Tigre, guava, agave honey, and lime juice. Each sip is like a welcoming hug to the pride party.
FRUITY: For those who prefer something fresher. Gin Puerto de Indias, white wine, lime juice, natural syrup, and a fruit mix that will make you say “wow!” with every sip. This drink is the definition of summer in a glass.
A Dessert to Celebrate Acceptance
And because we know a good celebration needs something sweet, we present our star dessert.
Imagine this: a crispy layer of semi-sweet chocolate, filled with white chocolate and whiskey cream, strawberry and blackberry compote. All this on a cinnamon sponge cake base, and as if that wasn’t enough, decorated with a white chocolate cream flag. This is our delicious “BE PROUD” dessert; its “LIKE” shape symbolizes acceptance and respect for the LGBTQ+ community. Because here, everyone is welcome and celebrated.
Come Celebrate with Us!
So now you know, there’s no better place to celebrate PRIDE 2024 than at La Vicenta. Here, you’ll not only enjoy the best drinks and desserts but also feel like part of a big family that celebrates love, diversity, and inclusion. See you at #ALV (At La Vicenta, obviously)!
