The best of a milanesa and a plate of enchiladas, together.<\/p>\n<h2>Pollo Norte\u00f1o: grill flavor all the way<\/h2>\n<p>Chicken breast marinated in garlic and beer, with red northern-style adobo. No breading: here the adobo and the grill marks do the talking.<\/p>\n<h2>Which one should you order?<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Go for the Milanesa if you love crispy, cheesy and a touch of green salsa.<\/li>\n<li>Go for the Pollo Norte\u00f1o if you want grill flavor and an adobo with character.<\/li>\n<li>Can\u2019t decide? A few combinations that work:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Milanesa with Mexican rice and charro pinto beans, for a homestyle plate.<\/li>\n<li>Pollo Norte\u00f1o with grilled vegetables and Iceberg Caesar salad, for something fresher.<\/li>\n<li>Baked potato with either one; you can add melted cheese and bacon.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>What to drink?<\/h2>\n<p>A Mojito or a Margarita pairs well with both.
