The chile en nogada is no ordinary dish. It is a celebration of the national colors and a cherished tradition\u2014a recipe that appears just once a year and is eagerly awaited by all. That is why, from July 15 to September 30, La Vicenta is dedicating a special festival to it.<\/p>\n

One recipe, two ways to experience it<\/strong><\/h2>\n

We know people have strong opinions about *chile en nogada*, so we didn\u2019t choose just one path: we offer the *capeado* version\u2014classic, golden-fried, and wrapped in its own delicate batter\u2014and the *sin capear* version\u2014unadorned and direct, allowing the filling and the walnut sauce (*nogada*) to take center stage.<\/p>\n

Paired with seasonal cocktails<\/strong><\/h2>\n

This festival doesn\u2019t arrive alone. It comes with two seasonal cocktails created for the occasion: the *Nogadita* and the *Mestizo*, both crafted to complement every bite with the care the dish deserves.<\/p>\n

A season that won’t last forever<\/strong><\/h2>\n

The *chile en nogada* has a built-in expiration date: it is seasonal, and when it\u2019s gone, it\u2019s truly gone. You can experience it from July 15 to September 30 at La Vicenta Miyana and Tezontle.
