As Grill Experts, we have decided to add our unique touch that has conquered the hearts of all our guests. Enjoy a delicious Chile en Nogada in La Vicenta style, <\/span>stuffed with carne asada and assorted fruits, topped with traditional nogada sauce made from walnut, oporto reduction, almonds, parsley, and pomegranate.<\/b><\/p>\n

Why do we eat Chile en Nogada?<\/b><\/p>\n

Legend has it that in 1821, after the Independence of Mexico was achieved, General Agust\u00edn de Iturbide visited the city of Puebla. In honor of his visit, the Augustinian nuns of the Convent of Santa M\u00f3nica decided to create a special dish that would combine the colors of the Mexican flag.<\/span><\/p>\n

This creation brings together traditions, flavor, and our national colors in a recipe that has been preserved for centuries in the history of our country. Its preparation, filled with culture, sensations, and symbols, pays tribute to our ancestors and is a way to keep alive the <\/span>culinary tradition <\/b>of our country.<\/span><\/p>\n
