For all barbecue lovers, a new festival is coming to Mexico City: “Brasas M\u00e9xico\u201d Barbecue and Grill Festival<\/strong>. The event has been proposed to bring together the greatest exponents and restaurants that will present some of the best dishes prepared over the embers. <\/strong><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So if you like to try new things, the festival will offer everything from exotic meats and seafood to options for vegetarians, as well as food pairings for all the types of food you choose to taste.<\/p>\n

We know we are not the only ones who enjoy a delicious charcoal grill, so the organizing committee of Sabor es Polanco, which is also part of OCESA<\/strong>, has invited La Vicenta<\/strong> from Grupo Anderson’s<\/a> to participate in this first edition as hosts of the VIP Zone where we will be providing immersive experiences every hour.<\/p>\n

We are very happy to be able to share with a wide audience some of our most delicious creations, for this event we have prepared a special tasting menu which we hope you will not miss. We invite you to delight yourself with our sliders, quesabirrias, lomo al trapo and two incredible desserts.<\/strong><\/p>\n

This time we will be collaborating in the festival with one of our best brand ambassadors: Adrian Reyes “Mr. BBQ”<\/strong>, who is known for his grilling techniques and who was previously in charge of directing our original series “Tips Parrilleros”.<\/strong><\/p>\n
